What's for Dinner 2/10-2/16


I've been in a bit of a rut as far as meal planning goes.  Work has been super busy and school stared three weeks ago.  I'm back now and ready to share my meal plan for the week.  I am learning that I need to keep my meal plans really simple and try to get two or more meals each time I cook.

Sunday: Mac'n'Cheese and hot dogs (This week we need to eat some of the food we stocked up on in preparation for the storm this weekend.)

Monday: Soup and rolls (More storm supplies)

Tuesday: Mac'n'Cheese and hot dogs (Leftover from Sunday)

Wednesday: Pasta

Thursday: Waffles, eggs, and bacon (It's Valentine's Day and Sean loves breakfast for dinner.)

Friday: Chicken patties with baked potatoes and salad

Saturday: Pad thai (I'm going to make enough so we have leftovers for next week.)
